Terms of service

By purchasing from LucyLu Lash Academy and Lulu Beauty Spa, you agree to the following terms:

• All services will be provided within 28 days of booking.

• If paying through Klarna, you agree that we will only “capture” the payment after the service has been delivered.

• Digital and service-based products are non-refundable once delivered.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, in which case clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

All course materials are protected and may not be duplicated, shared, or redistributed.

Please note: Klarna is not available as a payment method for gift card purchases.
